Job summary

CAREonsite, a division of Tang & Company, is hiring EMTs and Paramedics to deliver on-site medical care across worksites nationwide. You will provide basic first aid through life-saving care, balancing clinical duties with field responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Active EMT or Paramedic license in the applicable state.
• Current BLS certification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an emergency setting (ER or 911 ambulance).
• 911 experience is required.
• Ability to work independently and make critical decisions under pressure.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly and effectively to on-site medical emergencies.
• Provide first aid and medical care in compliance with policies.
• Assess injuries and illnesses to determine the necessary actions.
• Communicate with medical professionals and treatment facilities for instructions.
• Engage with clients and site personnel regarding incidents and hazards.
• Stay aware of the changing worksite environment to mitigate risks.
• Maintain high clinical standards and ensure quality care.
• Accurately document all patient assessments and treatments.
• Assist Site Safety Managers in promoting a safe work environment.
