Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promotes positive relations with patients, visitors, and peers.
• Completes daily observation reports and tracks skill progress.
• Provides hands-on instruction and evaluates new hires on shift.
• Responds to dispatch to render pre-hospital care and assess scenes.
• Develops performance plans and documents feedback for new hires.
