Qualifications

• Current on all county and company required certifications and licensures.
• Minimum of six-months experience in a busy 911 system.
• Ability to meet physical demands (lift up to 110 lbs, frequent bending/stooping).

Responsibilities

• Provide field training, education, evaluation and remediation of new and continuing employees.
• Act as an educational resource for field employees and management.
• Mentor employees, conduct performance evaluations and counsel or administer disciplinary actions.
• Communicate company goals and standards of excellence through daily performance and attitude.
• Drive the ambulance or provide map-reading support to minimize call response time.
• Adhere to Falck policies and procedures and participate in scene management as needed.
