Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services is seeking a Medical Support Specialist to support plasma center operations in Charlotte, NC. You will determine donor eligibility, manage adverse events, review lab results, and notify donors of unsuitable outcomes under supervision.

Role requires familiarity with plasma collection regulations, and CPR/AED certification. Reports to Center Manager and Center Physician for medical issues.

Qualifications

• Licensed or certified in the responsible state: EMT-B/A/I/P, LPN/LVN, or RN.
• High school diploma or equivalent with nursing program credential.
• Current CPR and AED certification, and basic IV therapy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Determine donor eligibility and consent; review medical history and tests.
• Manage donor adverse events and laboratory result reviews.
• Provide center-level medical guidance under Center Physician and Center Manager.
