• Determine donor eligibility including informed consent, medical history, and screening
• Evaluate donor reactions and manage medical emergencies per SOPs
• Refer to Center Physician or Medical Affairs for abnormal findings or medical issues
• Support vaccination programs for employees where applicable
• Manage employee incidents with Occupational Health/EHS guidance
• Potential Pandemic Coordinator role as directed by EHS/Medical Affairs
