Responsibilities

• Determine donor eligibility, including informed consent and interview.
• Review serological lab results and monitor donor safety.
• Assess donor reactions and coordinate emergency care when needed.
• Notify donors of unsuitable test results and coordinate with physicians.
• Support EHS initiatives and center physician guidance.
