Job summary

Linden Ponds by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Security and Emergency Services Officer II (EMR/EMT) to patrol the property, support the gatehouse, and respond to both emergencies and routine calls.

Responsibilities include enforcing traffic rules, medical emergency response with basic interventions, and detailed incident reporting. EMT/EMR certifications and a valid driver’s license are required; EMR acceptance within 30 days is noted.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Prior experience in Security and/or Emergency Medical Services is preferred.
• Current CPR for Healthcare Providers certification and EMR certification required; new hires must obtain EMR within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular patrols of the property and provide relief staffing for the gatehouse.
• Respond to emergency and routine calls for service.
• Enforce all traffic and parking regulations.
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide efficient care using basic interventions.
• Complete thorough incident reports using the online system.
• Coordinate with local police, fire, and EMS during emergencies.
