Using MaxtrixCare, Meditech, and other systems, you will assign resources, monitor responses, and relay updates by phone or radio while keeping precise records and ensuring safe, respectful care aligned with our mission.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with CAD dispatch systems and tools like VoiceFriend.
• Strong multitasking and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and calm demeanor during crises.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and emergency protocols.
• Shift work including weekends, holidays, and overnight.
• Clean background and drug screening.
• Professional, empathetic customer service.

Responsibilities

• Receive and assess emergency calls, prioritize responses.
• Dispatch and coordinate EMTs and staff using CAD systems.
• Relay critical information to responders via phone and radio.
• Maintain accurate incident records and documentation.
• Collaborate with other emergency services during major incidents.
• Adhere to protocols and READ FILE guidelines.
