Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires AZ and National Registry EMT-B certification and completion of an approved training program.
• Min 6 months to 1 year EMS experience.
• Current BLS/CPR; PHTLS strongly recommended.
• Maintains confidentiality and adheres to HIPAA/privacy rules.
• Presents professional behavior and teamwork in high-stress settings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver emergency and basic medical care in fast-paced pre-hospital settings.
• Provide first-aid and transport patients to medical facilities.
• Operate and monitor clinical equipment (monitors, defibrillators, oxygen, ventilators).
• Communicate with emergency medical dispatchers and receiving facilities.
• Assist in scene safety and coordination with other responders.
• Maintain patient care reports and essential documentation.
