Job summary

Qualifications

• EMT licensure in applicable state(s) (EMT-B/EMT-A/EMT-I/EMT-P).
• CPR and AED certification required.
• State nursing licensure (LPN/LVN or RN) may be required.
• Minimum of 2 years in clinical or hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Determine donor eligibility including informed consent, medical history, and physical exam.
• Evaluate donor reactions and manage emergencies per SOPs.
• Refer to Center Physician or Medical Affairs for medical or technical issues.
• Support vaccination programs for employees when applicable.
• Manage employee incidents and coordinate with EHS for investigations.
• Possibly serve as Pandemic Coordinator when authorized by EHS.
