National EMR seeks reservists to assist first responders and impacted communities on an as-needed basis. Deployments can occur within 24–48 hours, with travel and varied assignment types. This is not a full-time position, and pay is based on actual hours worked.

Candidates must hold EMT Basic certification and be willing to obtain additional licenses based on mission locations. The role emphasizes readiness, safety, and flexibility to respond to disasters and emergencies nationwide.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Current EMT Basic certification or license in state of residence.
• Minimum of one year EMT experience.
• English communication and professional conduct required.

Responsabilités

• Understand and adhere to National EMR Policies and Procedures.
• Maintain active status in agency platforms and training systems.
• Provide medical support or transport services based on mission assignment.
• Deliver patient care consistent with certification level and protocols.
• Identify hazards and report safety concerns to chain of command.
• Work in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment and be available for nights, weekends, and holidays.
