Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current MA Basic EMT certification in good standing.
• 2–4 years EMS experience preferred; 0–1 years required.
• Experience with computer systems including web-based apps and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality patient care per policies and standards.
• Assess injuries/illness and provide BLS on scene and during transport.
• Operate ambulance safely and follow regulations.
• Complete daily vehicle checks and ensure equipment readiness.
• Record patient care and submit PCR documentation.
• Communicate effectively with teams and the public.
• Attend mandated training and maintain certifications.
