Qualifikationen

• Current MA Basic EMT certification in good standing.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 2-4 years preferred, 0-1 year required.
• Experience with computer systems, including MS Office.
• Eligible for MA CORI and background checks; valid driving record.

Aufgaben

• Deliver quality patient care per policies, protocols, and care standards.
• Assess injuries/illnesses and provide BLS on scene and during transport.
• Attend to patients in a courteous, professional manner.
• Operate ambulance safely per laws, policies, and safety rules.
• Complete vehicle/equipment check at shift start; ensure stock, cleanliness.
• Accurately record patient care and submit PCR documentation daily.
• Document patient interventions in pre-hospital setting.
• Communicate effectively with patients, EMS, physicians, and hospital staff.
• Attend mandated trainings and maintain certifications and license.
• Maintain attendance, perform daily housekeeping at bases, and perform other duties.
