Cataldo Ambulance Service, Inc. in Malden, MA is seeking a full-time EMT-B to provide safe, efficient emergency and non-emergency medical transport. You will assess patients, administer basic life support, operate ambulances and document care.

Requirements include MA Basic EMT certification, 18+, ability to meet physical demands, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. 2–4 years experience preferred; 0–1 year required; computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel) are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current MA Basic EMT certification in good standing.
• 2–4 years of prior experience preferred; 0–1 years required.
• Experience with computer systems including Outlook, Word, Excel.

Responsabilités

• Deliver quality patient care in accordance with policies and standards.
• Assess injuries/illnesses and provide basic life support on scene and during transport.
• Operate the ambulance safely and in compliance with laws and company policies.
• Complete vehicle and equipment checklists at the start of each shift.
• Accurately record patient care and submit required paperwork daily.
• Maintain necessary certifications and valid driver's license; meet attendance requirements.
