Job summary

The role requires EMT/paramedic or RN/LPN licensure, CPR/AED, and at least two years in a clinical setting. You’ll support safety programs and incident management while aiding life-changing plasma therapies.

Qualifications

• Must have valid EMT-B/A/I or Paramedic license, or RN/LPN.
• Current CPR and AED cert.
• Two years in a clinical or hospital setting.
• Knowledge of plasma donation regulations and approvals is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Determine donor eligibility including informed consent, medical history, and physical examination.
• Evaluate donor reactions and manage emergencies per SOPs.
• Refer to the Center Physician or Medical Affairs for medical issues.
• Support Hepatitis B and Seasonal Flu vaccination programs for employees as applicable.
• Manage employee incidents and coordinate with EHS guidance.
