Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services invites qualified Medical Support Specialists to join our Indianapolis center. You will determine donor eligibility, review test results, and manage donor safety under the Center Manager and Center Physician guidance.

This role emphasizes strict adherence to regulatory SOPs and excellence in patient care. Requirements include state licensure (EMT-B/A/I/P or RN/LPN) with CPR/AED, plus 2+ years in a clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Licenses as EMT, LPN/LVN or RN as applicable.
• CPR and AED certification required.
• State licensure requirements must be fulfilled.
• 2+ years in a clinical or hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Determine donor eligibility including informed consent, medical history, and physical examination.
• Assess donor reactions and follow SOPs for medical emergencies.
• Refer to Center Physician or Medical Affairs for abnormal findings.
• Support Hepatitis B and Seasonal Flu vaccination programs for employees.
