Job summary

Unify Health Services is seeking an Industrial Medical Provider for a full-time, second-shift role (M-Th, 3:30pm–2am) based in Tomahawk, WI. The position focuses on workplace health, safety, and injury care within OSHA guidelines, supporting a collaborative occupational health team on a manufacturing site.

The ideal candidate is licensed as RN/LPN/EMT/Paramedic and possesses CPR/BLS certification, with 6 months to 1 year of professional experience.

Qualifications

• OSHA regulations and workplace safety standards familiarity.
• Experience in industrial healthcare or occupational health a plus.
• RN, LPN, EMT & Paramedic certification or licensure in your state (required).
• CPR and First Aid certification (BLS) (required).
• 6 months to 1 year of professional experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid care within OSHA first aid guidelines (not full scope of licensure).
• Respond to workplace illnesses and injuries on the plant floor or in the onsite center.
• Administer vaccines, COVID/flu tests, and operate medical equipment (EKG, AED, emergency kits).
• Conduct pre-employment physicals including audiograms, vision screenings, urine drug screens, and medical questionnaires.
• Perform return-to-work evaluations including breath alcohol and drug screenings.

Key Responsibilities:

Physical Demands
