Job summary

Unify Health Services - Menomonee Falls, WI is seeking an Industrial Medical Provider to support manufacturing teams in a PRN capacity. You will deliver hands-on medical care, conduct return-to-work visits, and perform periodic physicals for new hires while maintaining safety protocols.

You’ll respond to illnesses or injuries on the plant floor, use onsite resources such as vaccines and AEDs, and apply OSHA first aid guidelines to keep workers healthy and safe.

Qualifications

• Active license or certification in the applicable state (required).
• CPR and First Aid certification (required).
• 6 months to 1 year of professional healthcare experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct return-to-work visits and perform screenings as needed.
• Perform physicals for new hires, including relevant tests.
• Respond to illnesses or injuries on the plant floor or onsite center.
• Utilize vaccines, COVID/flu tests, EKGs, and emergency kits as available.
• Provide care within OSHA first aid guidelines (not full licensure).

Qualifications:

Required:

• Active license or certification in the applicable state (required)
• CPR and First Aid certification (required)
• 6 months to 1 year of professional experience

Preferred:

• Experience in industrial healthcare
• Familiarity with workplace safety and OSHA regulations

Physical Demands

• Frequent standing, walking, and sitting
• Tasks involving pinching, grasping, and gripping
• Reaching from floor level to overhead
• Occasional stooping and bending
• Periodic computer work
• Lifting 30-50 lbs as needed

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct return‑to‑work visits, including breath alcohol tests and urine drug screens
• Perform physicals for new hires, including audiograms, vision screenings, urine drug screens, and medical questionnaires
• Respond to illnesses or injuries on the plant floor or in the onsite center
• Utilize available resources such as vaccines, COVID/flu tests, EKG machine, emergency kits, and AEDs
• Provide care within OSHA first aid guidelines (not full scope of licensure)
