Job summary

Unify Health Services - Menomonee Falls, WI is seeking an Industrial Medical Provider to deliver hands-on occupational health care within a manufacturing environment. The role supports employee wellness, responds to workplace health needs, and promotes safety culture on site.

The position requires an active state license, CPR/First Aid, and 6 months to 1 year of professional experience; knowledge of OSHA regulations is a plus and familiarity with industrial healthcare is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct return-to-work visits, including breath alcohol tests and urine drug screens.
• Perform physicals for new hires, including audiograms, vision screenings, urine drug screens, and medical questionnaires.
• Respond to illnesses or injuries on the plant floor or in the onsite center.
• Utilize available resources such as vaccines, COVID/flu tests, EKG machine, emergency kits, and AEDs.
• Provide care within OSHA first aid guidelines (not full scope of licensure).

Qualifications:

Required:

Preferred:

Physical Demands

• Frequent standing, walking, and sitting

• Occasional stooping and bending
• Periodic computer work
• Lifting 30-50 lbs as needed
