Job summary

Unify Health Services is seeking an Industrial Medical Provider to support on-site health programs at our Tomahawk facility in Wisconsin. The role involves providing first aid, responding to workplace illnesses and injuries on the plant floor or onsite center, and performing pre-employment physicals under OSHA guidelines.

Ideal candidates hold RN, LPN, EMT, or Paramedic licensure, CPR/BLS certification, and have 6 months to 1 year of professional experience in industrial health.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and workplace safety standards.
• Experience in industrial healthcare or occupational health a plus.
• RN, LPN, EMT & Paramedic certification or licensure in your state (required).
• CPR and First Aid certification (BLS) (required).
• 6 months to 1 year of professional experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid care within OSHA first aid guidelines (not full scope of licensure).
• Respond to workplace illnesses and injuries on the plant floor or in the onsite center.
• Administer vaccines, COVID/flu tests, and operate medical equipment (EKG, AED, emergency kits).
• Conduct pre-employment physicals including audiograms, vision screenings, urine drug screens, and medical questionnaires.
• Perform return-to-work evaluations including breath alcohol and drug screenings.

Physical Demands

• Lift 30-50 lbs as needed
• Frequent standing, walking, and sitting
