Job summary

Unify Health Services in Menomonee Falls, WI seeks an Industrial Medical Provider (EMT/Paramedic/LPN/RN) to support a manufacturing workforce. You will conduct return-to-work visits, perform annual physicals, and respond to illnesses or injuries on the plant floor while adhering to OSHA first aid guidelines.

Qualifications

• Active license or certification in the applicable state (required).
• CPR and First Aid certification (required).
• 6 months to 1 year of professional experience.
• Experience in industrial healthcare (preferred).
• Familiarity with workplace safety and OSHA regulations (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Conduct return‑to‑work visits, including breath alcohol tests and urine drug screens.
• Perform physicals for new hires, including audiograms, vision screenings, urine drug screens, and medical questionnaires.
• Respond to illnesses or injuries on the plant floor or in the onsite center.
• Utilize available resources such as vaccines, COVID/flu tests, EKG machine, emergency kits, and AEDs.
• Provide care within OSHA first aid guidelines (not full scope of licensure).

Qualifications

Required

• Active license or certification in the applicable state (required)

Physical Demands

• Frequent standing, walking, and sitting
• Tasks involving pinching, grasping, and gripping
• Reaching from floor level to overhead
• Occasional stooping and bending
• Periodic computer work
• Lifting 30–50 lbs as needed
