Job summary

Unify Health Services is seeking an Industrial Medical Provider to deliver first aid and injury care in an industrial setting, with on-site support for employee health and safety.

The ideal candidate is an RN, LPN, EMT, or Paramedic dedicated to workplace health. Responsibilities include pre-employment screenings, vaccine administration, and OSHA-compliant assessments, all within a collaborative occupational health team.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN, LPN, EMT, or Paramedic with strong assessment and communication skills.
• CPR and First Aid certification (BLS) is required.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and workplace safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid care within OSHA first aid guidelines (not full scope of licensure).
• Respond to workplace illnesses and injuries on the plant floor or in the onsite center.
• Administer vaccines, COVID/flu tests, and operate medical equipment (EKG, AED, emergency kits).
• Conduct pre-employment physicals including audiograms, vision screenings, urine drug screens, and medical questionnaires.
• Perform return-to-work evaluations including breath alcohol and drug screenings.

Schedule: Full-time, 2nd Shift (M-Th) 3:30pm - 2am.
Location: Tomahawk, WI

Key Responsibilities:

Physical Demands

• Lift 30-50 lbs as needed
• Frequent standing, walking, and sitting
• Occasional stooping, bending, and reaching from floor level to overhead
• Tasks involving pinching, grasping, and gripping

Qualifications

• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and workplace safety standards
• Experience in industrial healthcare or occupational health a plus
• RN, LPN, EMT & Paramedic certification or licensure in your state (required)
• CPR and First Aid certification (BLS) (required)
• 6 months to 1 year of professional experience preferred
