Job summary

Unify Health Services, LLC in York, PA is seeking a Full-Time Industrial Medical Provider for an on-site role in a large manufacturing facility. You will promote health and safety, provide medical care on the plant floor or in the clinic, conduct physicals for new hires, and administer vaccines. The 2nd shift runs Monday–Thursday 7pm–5:30am.

Qualifications

• Current state certification or licensure required.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.
• 6 months to 1 year of professional healthcare experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical assistance for injuries or illnesses on the plant floor or in the clinic.
• Conduct physicals for new hires.
• Deliver wellness education and administer vaccines.
• Support return-to-work processes, including UDS and BAT testing.
• Perform charting, inventory management, and interdepartmental communication.

Work Environment

This role is based in a large manufacturing facility, where you will be instrumental in protecting the health of industrial athletes. The position involves wearing essential safety gear and working in a hands-on healthcare setting that requires adaptability and a proactive mindset.

Required Qualifications

• Current certification or licensure in your state
• CPR and First Aid certification
• 6 months to 1 year of professional experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in industrial healthcare
• Proficiency in administering immunizations
• Familiarity with workplace safety, health protocols, and OSHA regulations

Physical Demands

• Frequent standing, walking, and sitting
• Regular pinching, grasping, and gripping
• Reaching from floor to overhead

• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs. occasionally
