REACH Air Medical Services seeks a Dispatcher for its full-time team in North Highlands, CA. You will respond to emergency and non-emergency calls, assign and route EMS resources, and ensure accurate paperwork and data entry throughout the shift.

The role requires strong English communication skills, ability to multitask, and proficiency with basic computer applications. A sign-on bonus is offered with commitment to the program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• EMS/telecommunications or dispatcher experience preferred.
• Strong English reading/writing and clear radio/phone communication essential.
• Ability to record, transmit and report information accurately.
• Proficient with data entry and basic computer applications.
• Must manage multiple tasks simultaneously with speed and accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Respond to emergency and non-emergency calls for ambulance/transport services.
• Assign and route transportation requests efficiently.
• Maintain accurate and complete paperwork and data entry for each shift.
• Generate and verify relevant reports.
• Assist in locating scenes and determining safe routes.
• Follow company policies and established dispatch formats.
• Operate assigned equipment safely and effectively.
