Job summary

Priority OnDemand in Savannah, GA is seeking a Paramedic Instructor Coordinator to oversee the New Employee Orientation Program (NEOP) and EMS Academy instruction, either in-house or contracted.

The role schedules and delivers continuing education for certification, licensure, and renewals, coordinates training programs for employees, and maintains records while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and safety policies.

Qualifications

• EMT certification required.
• Paramedic or RN license required.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Oversee NEOP and EMS Academy instruction, in-house or contracted.
• Schedule and conduct required clinical continuing education (CPR, ACLS, EMT refreshers).
• Coordinate training programs for employees and management.
• Maintain records and track training participation and progress.
• Audit and update patient care protocols with Medical Director and Ops teams.
• Recruit by engaging with local EMS classes and events.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and infection control policies.
• Ensure security of facilities, equipment and company information.
• Map annual training plans for management and support staff.
