Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee New Employee Orientation Program (NEOP) and EMS Academy instruction.
• Coordinate and conduct continuing education for certification, licensure and renewals.
• Organize EMS Academy in-house or contracted programs with outside institutions.
• Lead recruitment efforts through local EMS classes and career events.
• Ensure HIPAA, infection control, and privacy compliance for training records.
• Develop and implement programs to maintain staff certification and licensure.
