Job summary

thestaffpad is seeking an experienced EMS educator to coordinate orientation, CE, and annual refreshers. The role involves developing engaging, evidence-based training and ensuring documentation compliance.

You will support field training officers and onboarding, collaborate with leadership and community partners, and provide clinical support during 911 responses and inter-facility transports. A commitment to ongoing education is essential.

Qualifications

• Requires EMT or Paramedic program completion or equivalent.
• Certified in BLS/ACLS/PALS as a baseline requirement.
• Montana licensure or equivalent accepted.
• Commitment to ongoing refresher training and education.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate EMS orientation, continuing education, annual refreshers, and skills training.
• Develop and deliver engaging, evidence-based educational programs.
• Support FTO development and onboarding of new team members.
• Maintain training, competency, and compliance documentation.
• Develop scenario-based training and quality improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with EMS leadership, educators, and community partners.
• Provide clinical support through 911 response and inter-facility transport.
• Assist with public assistance and Emergency Department needs as required
