Job summary

BODY20 Inc. is seeking a results-driven Studio Manager to lead daily operations of a growing EMS fitness studio. You’ll recruit, coach, and develop Sales Associates and Fitness Coaches, while driving revenue through new memberships and member retention.

You’ll partner with Franchise Owners, manage budgets, promotions, and events, and deliver an exceptional member experience through leadership, accountability, and a strong service culture that reflects BODY20 values.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership with ability to develop teams.
• Track record of driving sales and achieving targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, coaching, and development of Sales Associates and Fitness Coaches.
• Hold weekly team meetings and monthly one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Drive revenue through memberships, renewals, and add-on services.
• Monitor studio metrics and manage staffing within budget.
• Foster a positive, performance-driven culture and exceptional member experience.
