Job summary

BODY20 is seeking a driven Studio Manager to lead the day-to-day success of a growing EMS fitness studio. You’ll own studio performance, develop a high-performing team, and build lasting member relationships while driving revenue growth and member acquisition.

You’ll work with franchise owners to execute business strategies, monitor KPIs, and deliver an exceptional member experience, including events and promotions. Compensation ranges with base pay and commissions.

Qualifications

• Proven leader with a passion for developing people and building strong teams.
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales, manage performance goals, and contribute to business growth.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, accountable mindset balancing team leadership, member experience, and business priorities.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience
• 1–2 years of sales experience in boutique fitness, wellness, hospitality, or related membership-based industry
• Business, management, or related education is a plus; equivalent practical experience is welcome

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Sales Associates and Fitness Coaches, enabling top performance.
• Lead weekly team meetings and monthly one-on-one sessions for growth.
• Build a high-performance culture focused on teamwork, service, and results.
• Ensure staffing meets studio demand within budget.
