Qualifications
- 2+ years in fitness sales or studio management, preferably in boutique fitness.
- Proven ability to hit and exceed sales goals.
- Strong leadership and coaching capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily studio operations and performance.
- Recruit, hire, train, and coach staff.
- Drive membership sales and manage lead follow-up.
- Create a positive studio culture focused on customer service.
- Execute marketing initiatives to build brand awareness.
- Monitor revenue, retention, and client satisfaction.
- Maintain operational excellence and compliance with brand standards.
- Represent BODY20 within the community.
