BODY20 Lake Oswego is seeking an Assistant Studio Manager to support studio operations and drive membership sales. This role includes delivering personalized EMS coaching sessions and managing the sales process to enhance client relationships and studio experience.

Ideal candidates should have experience in fitness or sales, be energetic and team-oriented, and possess a strong desire to assist clients in reaching their goals. This part-time role may transition into full-time with competitive pay and bonus opportunities.

Assistant Studio Manager – BODY20®

BODY20® is a high‑tech boutique fitness studio that uses FDA‑cleared Electro‑Muscle Stimulation (EMS) suits to deliver powerful results in just 20 minutes a week. We combine innovation, coaching, and community to help every BODY unlock its full potential.

About the Role

The Assistant Studio Manager supports studio operations, drives membership sales, and delivers high‑quality 1‑to‑1 BODY20 EMS sessions. The role combines leadership, sales, and coaching responsibilities in a hybrid format.

Responsibilities

• Drive personal membership sales through in‑studio sales consultations.
• Manage the sales funnel by contacting leads via calls, texts, and email to book demonstration workouts.
• Deliver safe, effective, and personalized 1‑on‑1 BODY20 coaching sessions when required.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure an exceptional in‑studio experience.
• Support local marketing events and grassroots lead generation efforts.
• Maintain studio cleanliness, organization, and equipment standards.
• Assist in other studio operations to grow the business.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in fitness, sales, coaching, or studio operations.
• Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) through NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, NSCA, or equivalent (optional, but preferred).
• Energetic, team‑oriented, sales‑driven, and passionate about helping people succeed.

Compensation & Schedule

Schedule: Part‑time initially, potential transition to full time.
Compensation: $15–$20 per hour plus bonus opportunities.
