Assistant Studio Manager – BODY20®

BODY20® is a high‑tech boutique fitness studio that uses FDA‑cleared Electro‑Muscle Stimulation (EMS) suits to deliver powerful results in just 20 minutes a week. We combine innovation, coaching, and community to help every BODY unlock its full potential.

About the Role

The Assistant Studio Manager supports studio operations, drives membership sales, and delivers high‑quality 1‑to‑1 BODY20 EMS sessions. The role combines leadership, sales, and coaching responsibilities in a hybrid format.

Responsibilities

• Drive personal membership sales through in‑studio sales consultations.
• Manage the sales funnel by contacting leads via calls, texts, and email to book demonstration workouts.
• Deliver safe, effective, and personalized 1‑on‑1 BODY20 coaching sessions when required.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure an exceptional in‑studio experience.
• Support local marketing events and grassroots lead generation efforts.
• Maintain studio cleanliness, organization, and equipment standards.
• Assist in other studio operations to grow the business.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in fitness, sales, coaching, or studio operations.
• Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) through NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, NSCA, or equivalent (optional, but preferred).
• Energetic, team‑oriented, sales‑driven, and passionate about helping people succeed.

Compensation & Schedule

Schedule: Part‑time initially, potential transition to full time.
Compensation: $15–$20 per hour plus bonus opportunities.
