Job summary

The Frost Valley YMCA is looking for an EMS Operations & Safety Manager to provide emergency medical care and ensure readiness of emergency response systems at Main Campus and East Valley Ranch.

This full-time position involves supervising EMTs, conducting safety checks, and maintaining compliance with health standards. The pay range is between $41,600 and $44,000 annually, supplemented by generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Certified Trainer in Advanced First Aid/CPR.
• Possess a valid US Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Provide EMT care to staff and guests during emergencies.
• Supervise EMTs and seasonal wellness center drivers.
• Maintain and inspect emergency vehicles and equipment.
• Conduct training in CPR, First Aid, and emergency procedures.
