Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living seeks an experienced Operations Manager of Emergency Services to lead a 24/7 EMS team, oversee safety, and ensure excellent resident and staff experiences. You will promote life safety, incident command, and strong customer service within a welcoming community.

Responsibilities include audits, investigations, and coordinating with first responders, while fostering belonging and a culture of hospitality across all shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in public safety leadership, Emergency Management, or comparable leadership experience.
• Current and valid driver’s license.
• Minimum of 1 year experience working in an Emergency Responder role.
• Emergency Medical Responder Certification (within 6 months of hire).
• OSHA 10-Hour certification (within 6 months of hire).
• Professional Security Certification such as CPP, PSP, or CHPA (preferred).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR certification (provided if needed).

• Assume overall responsibility for the safety, emergency services, and customer service approach to the well-being of the community
• Conduct audits, testing, and safety inspections in support of Life Safety and OSHA compliance
• Conduct investigations, documents and preserves evidence as required
• Responds to incidents and emergencies of significance and serves as the incident commander until relieved by a higher authority
• Operate company vehicles safely and in accordance with established policies and applicable laws
• Serve as the liaison officer to external first responders

In the Operations Manager of Emergency Services role, you will be responsible for promoting the safety and well-being of residents, employees, and visitors. This Operations Manager role delivers exceptional customer service and hospitality, fosters a culture of belonging, and manages a team of EMS professionals who provide emergency medical services to residents, employees, and visitors.

Compensation: $73,000 - $83,000 annually plus a generous performance-based bonus.

How You Will Make An Impact

What You Will Need
