Job summary

Frost Valley YMCA is seeking an East Valley Program Coordinator to lead and oversee Farm Camp and year-round programs at our East Valley Ranch and 515 acre farm facility.

The role includes recruiting, staff training, program design, and cross-department collaboration to ensure safe, high-quality experiences for campers, families and staff. Housing is provided on-site with occasional on-call duties when groups are on-site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years supervisory experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and organization skills.
• Be a strong leader and work well with a team.
• Enjoy working with children, teens, families and other staff.
• Possess a clean, valid US Driver’s License desired.
• Wilderness First Responder certification desired or to be completed after hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day Farm Camp operations and year-round programs in East Valley.
• Maintain safety standards for campers and guests.
• Develop recruitment strategies to meet enrollment goals.
• Collaborate with multiple departments for smooth operations.
• Manage program budgets and supply inventory with guidance from leadership.
