Job summary

Working with clinical, operational, educational, and support teams, you will apply structured project management methods to meet milestones, coordinate resources, and drive continuous improvement—supporting statewide MIH development and workforce readiness

Qualifications

• EMT certification (NREMT/AEMT/paramedic) required; paramedic level preferred.
• Formal project management training or certification preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience in healthcare or EMS.
• Experience as an instructor or educator is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, coordination, and evaluation of grant-funded and contract projects.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, educational, and support leaders to achieve milestones.
• Support statewide MIH program development and EMS workforce readiness initiatives.
