Qualifications

  • National Registry EMT/AEMT/Paramedic certification or state equivalent.
  • Paramedic level certification strongly preferred.
  • Vermont EMS Instructor/Coordinator credential strongly preferred.
  • 2+ years of field EMT/AEMT/Paramedic experience required.
  • Formal project management training or certification preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare/EMS/public health/community services environments.
  • Experience as an instructor/educator/trainer preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee project management for grant-funded, contract-based, and organizational initiatives.
  • Plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate multiple EMS and community-based projects.
  • Apply structured PM methodologies to ensure timely deliverables and resource coordination.
  • Support statewide MIH program development and EMS education efforts.
  • Collaborate with clinical, operational, educational, and support leaders across departments.
