This grant-funded, time-limited role supports credential progression, education partnerships, participant tracking, and implementation activities to strengthen workforce development and expand innovative care models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in EMS, Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Education, or related field.
• Current Indiana EMS certification or licensure.
• Minimum 3 years EMS/MIH/workforce development experience.
• Knowledge of Indiana EMS certification pathways preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate workforce pathways across EMS, MIH, community paramedicine, remote patient monitoring, and virtual care.
• Support credential progression, education partnerships, participant tracking, and implementation activities.
• Monitor outcomes and support sustainable grant-funded programs.
