Job summary

You will manage trade capture, valuation, settlements, and position management foundations for front-office trading workflows. You will mentor a Quant and Systems Developer, preserve code quality, and align with enterprise standards, while delivering reliable, auditable

Qualifications

• 10+ years in engineering or software with ownership of core ETRM components.
• Strong Python and data-operations experience in time-series data.
• Security, compliance, and controls focus with production systems ownership.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and direct the Quant and Systems Developer; set priorities and direction.
• Own ETRM platform integrity; design, build, and maintain core components like trade capture and valuation.
• Enforce governance, security, access control, and incident response; collaborate with IT and front office.
• Ensure transparent reporting for portfolio position, analytics, and hedge reporting.
