Global Medical Response in Georgia seeks a Base Pilot Supervisor to lead and train Base Line Pilots for medical air transportation. The role emphasizes safety, flight planning, and coordination with regional leadership to ensure mission readiness.

The position offers a competitive salary with a 20% geographic modifier, a $5,000 annual stipend, a $15,000 sign‑on bonus, and a 7/7 schedule, with housing provided at all locations.

Qualifications

• Total flight time: 2000 hours minimum.
• 1500 hours helicopter time.
• 1000 hours helicopter PIC.
• 500 hours turbine.
• 100 hours night unaided (or 50 hours unaided with 100 hours aided).
• Rotorcraft- Helicopter Commercial Certificate required.
• Rotorcraft- Helicopter Instrument Rating required.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and training to Base Line Pilots.
• Develops and coordinates pilot duty schedules with Regional Director of Flight Operations.
• Coordinates flight planning activities and resources at the base.
• Conducts orientations for new hire pilots at the base.
• Monitors pilots and assists in day-to-day flight and admin issues.
• Ensures safety and compliance with Rotorcraft Flight Manual standards.
