Qualifications

• EMS Field Experience required.
• Field Training Officer, Instructor, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience as SSC/EMD is a plus.
• Driving policy compliance with AMR policy is required.

Responsibilities

• Gather information on accidents and incidents and report to upper management.
• Coordinate operations during disasters.
• Document customer issues and coordinate resolutions for customer satisfaction.
• Assist field personnel (CCTs, Paramedics, EMTs) with resources after critical incidents.
• Schedule crews, manage sick calls, and ensure on-time staffing.
