Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking an Operations Manager for an EMS/PCBA environment in Seymour, Indiana. You will lead plant manufacturing and warehouse operations, aligning with SQDCP goals and Lean initiatives to maximize OEE and on-time delivery.

The role reports to the Vice President of Operations and offers a clear path toward Director-level leadership within a high-mix, low-to-medium volume electronics manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt preferred; 5S and Kaizen a plus.
• Minimum 7+ years of manufacturing leadership in EMS/contract electronics.
• Experience with ISO 9001, AS9100, ISO 13485, and ITAR environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead production supervisors and line teams across PCBA, SMT, through-hole, and testing.
• Drive SQDCP performance metrics (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, People).
• Implement Lean practices (5S, Kanban, visual management) and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate daily schedules with Master Scheduling and Planning using ERP/MRP tools.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and workplace safety (ESD, PPE).
