Job summary
Zohorecruit in Seymour, IN seeks a Manufacturing Technical Engineering Manager to lead Technical Engineering, documentation, and SMT programming for high‑mix PCBA production. You will oversee BOMs, CAD/Gerber data, and ECO workflows, ensuring on‑time release to manufacturing.
Reporting to the Director of Engineering & Technology, you will mentor staff, establish workflows, and collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain to align data readiness with build schedules and optimize OEE on
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
- Minimum 5+ years in electronics EMS/PCBA or related manufacturing engineering.
- Demonstrated supervisory or technical team leadership.
- Deep experience in high-mix, low-to-medium volume PCBA environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead Technical Engineering, document control, and SMT programming teams.
- Ensure BOMs, CAD/centroid, Gerber, and routing data are accurate and released.
- Oversee SMT programming on FUJI NXT III platforms; optimize throughput.
- Coordinate data readiness and ECO processes with cross‑functional teams.
- Drive process automation and continuous improvement using VBA/Excel tools.
