Job summary

J T is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Manager for our Seymour, CT EMS/PCBA facility. You will lead manufacturing, engineering, and technical operations to drive safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people (SQDCP) performance.

You will deploy Lean tools, manage capacity planning, and partner with engineering to optimize DFM/DFT for NPI and sustainment, ensuring scalable production and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Operations Management, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive operational and engineering leadership in EMS/PCBA.
• Experience in regulated sectors (Aerospace, Defense, Medical Devices).
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and tactical leadership across plant manufacturing, engineering, and operations.
• Drive SQDCP metrics: Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People.
• Lead capacity planning, Lean deployment, and continuous improvement with Tiered management.
• Oversee SMT, PTH, conformal coating, box build, and testing operations.
