Job summary

The ideal candidate is a hands-on operations leader with Lean expertise, capable of scaling high-mix environments, building leaders, and ensuring daily disciplined execution. 100% in-office work is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced education preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive manufacturing/ops experience, 5+ in senior roles.
• Experience leading large-scale, high-mix, engineered-to-order operations.
• Background in medium-voltage switchgear or related electrical manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute operating strategy for MV switchgear, integrated products, and panels.
• Align production, capacity, labor, scheduling, and materials with business goals.
• Translate demand into practical labor and capacity plans.
• Lead customer deliverables, recovery plans, and major initiatives.
• Provide timely updates and risk assessments to executives.
• Champion safety and Lean culture with disciplined execution.
