Job summary

Global Medical Response in Santa Clarita, CA is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day EMS operations, coordinate between field staff and management, and manage short-term scheduling, equipment and supply maintenance. This full-time exempt role requires strong leadership and problem-solving to ensure high-quality pre-hospital care.

The successful candidate will provide direction to EMTs and Paramedics, monitor system status, respond to inquiries, and ensure policy adherence

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• California State EMT or Paramedic Certification required.
• Minimum of two years full-time employment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and oversight to EMTs, Paramedics and staff.
• Interpret and enforce operational policies and procedures.
• Ensure quality field operations through daily oversight and evaluation.
• Assess daily equipment, supply and vehicle needs.
• Coordinate service with Materials Management as needed.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Share on-call Coordinator duties as required.
