Job summary

American Medical Response, Inc. in Richland, WA is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day field operations, coordinate with management and outside agencies, and manage scheduling, data analysis, and equipment and supply maintenance.

The role requires EMT certification, three years of EMS experience (paramedic preferred), strong communication skills, and the ability to drive an ambulance. You will lead staff, ensure safety and compliance, and participate in disaster response

Qualifications

• BS/BA or equivalent experience in a related field.
• EMT certification required; paramedic preferred.
• Current CPR, BLS, NREMT certification.

Responsibilities

• Directs, monitors, communicates with, and evaluates all field employees in his/her assigned area.
• Acts as a liaison with patients, public safety agencies, training institutions, hospital personnel, and other system users.
• Ensures maintenance of qualified field operations through daily contact, oversight, communication and evaluation.
• Assists with preparation of employee evaluations and field crew contact reports.
• Ensures PCRs and other field paperwork is reconciled daily in conjunction with the PCR processing.
