Qualifications

• Must have EMS field experience and current EMT certification.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and meet AMR driving policy.
• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Current NREMT certification or DC EMT certifications required.
• AMR policy-compliant driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field personnel to ensure compassionate, high‑quality care.
• Coordinate operations during disasters and respond to incidents.
• Gather info from customers and coordinate resolutions for satisfaction.
• Assist care-giving personnel with resources after critical incidents.
• Schedule crews, manage sick-leave coverage, and ensure unit readiness.
• Provide direction to field personnel and performance feedback.
• Administer company policies and ensure legal compliance.
• Interact with fire, police, hospitals, and other partners to deliver services.
