Job summary

TT Electronics in Greater Cleveland, Ohio is seeking a Master Scheduler to develop and maintain the site master production schedule for a high‑mix EMS environment. You will translate demand, capacity, and priorities into an executable plan that keeps customer commitments on track.

You will coordinate with Planning, Procurement, Operations, Program Management, Customer Service, and Supply Chain to balance priorities, manage risk, and drive continuous improvement in scheduling and ERP utilization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related discipline preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 5+ years of production planning, scheduling, materials, or supply-chain experience in a manufacturing environment.
• APICS/ASCM CPIM or similar certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the master production schedule across SMT, through-hole, selective solder, inspection/test, box build, and other applicable manufacturing operations.
• Translate customer orders, forecasts, backlog, and contractual delivery requirements into an executable site-level production plan.
• Balance competing customer priorities while minimizing unnecessary schedule disruption and excessive work-in-process.
• Maintain visibility to planned versus actual production performance and adjust schedules based on changing conditions.
• Drive continuous improvement in planning, scheduling, ERP utilization, and production-control processes.
