Job summary

TT Electronics in Greater Cleveland, Ohio is seeking a Master Scheduler to develop and maintain the site master production schedule in a high-mix EMS environment. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations management, business, engineering, or related discipline preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 5+ years of production planning, scheduling, materials, or supply-chain experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of MRP, ERP systems, BOM structures, lead times, inventory management, capacity planning, and material requirements.
• Experience in EMS or complex high-mix/low-volume manufacturing environment preferred.
• Demonstrated experience developing and managing master production schedules.
• APICS/ASCM CPIM or similar certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the master production schedule across SMT, through-hole, selective solder, inspection/test, box build, and other manufacturing operations.
• Translate customer orders, forecasts, backlog, and delivery requirements into an executable site-level production plan.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align production priorities with customer commitments.
• Balance competing priorities while minimizing schedule disruption and WIP.
• Maintain visibility to planned vs. actual production performance and adjust schedules as needed.
• Support inventory optimization by aligning releases with material requirements and demand.
