Job summary

TT Electronics in Kansas is seeking a Master Scheduler/Lead to drive planning excellence in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will lead the Planner/Buyer team and oversee the Master Production Schedule to align materials, capability, and production with customer commitments.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Five or more years of manufacturing planning, scheduling, purchasing, or supply chain experience.
• Advanced ERP/MRP planning experience.
• Strong Excel and data analysis capabilities.
• ITAR eligibility may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, coach, and develop the Planner/Buyer team.
• Establish planning priorities and ensure consistent execution of scheduling and purchasing activities.
• Develop, maintain, and communicate the Master Production Schedule.
• Balance customer demand, production capacity, labor availability, and material constraints.
• Prioritize production schedules to meet customer delivery commitments.
• Analyze demand, inventory, capacity, and supplier performance to identify risks and drive solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production and supply chain challenges.
• Support new product introductions, engineering changes, and production transitions.
• Lead planning meetings and communicate priorities across the organization.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to scheduling, inventory management, and ERP utilization.
